So far, so what? (And a sad farewell to Dutch Touch)

So much for grand plans. My second post in 2 years. Time to celebrate with a muffin and a glass of lukewarm water.
It's taken me a year to redesign my sim. And now that my gaming laptop has blue screened and flatlined it will no doubt be another 2 years before I post about all of the fabulous things I plan to do.

One thing I wanted to mention ~ since I've actually logged in ~ is the imminent closure of my favourite skin store in Second Life. Dutch Touch is closing due to constant copybotting and the complacency of Linden Lab. Iki Ikarus, owner of Dutch Touch, created beautiful and unique skins that were a huge change from the generic skins I had been wearing. I've worn her skins almost exclusively for over 2 years and own a folder full of her gorgeous clothing and lingerie.

Dutch Touch
may be open for another month or just another day. It will remain open as long as Iki can cover her tier. If you haven't tried her skins I urge you to run to Dutch Touch. All single skins are priced between 250L and 450L. For example, a single Jolie V2 will set you back a mere 250L. It comes with both light and dark brows, 2 cleavage options and a pack of extras including beautiful gloss and lipstick layers, hairbases, freckle layers, and eyelashes.

Thank you for making Second Life more beautiful, Iki.

*Note: the skins in the images are (from top) Jolie, Maan, and Luus.
All jewellery is from Caroline's by Caroline Apollo.
